Quality Control

Laboratory
We are commited to giving our customers the highest quality product possible. We do this by providing you with an in-house quality control laboratory and a team of quality control technicians that are trained in their field of expertise.

Our stringent quality control process monitors production from raw materials to finished product. Products are tested and inspected at intervals during manufacture. All products are tested with metal detectors.

Final inspection of all products is done before being released for shipping. Retained samples and batch records are kept for 1 year after the expiration date of the product (5 years for all organic products).

We do all we can to meet and even exceed our customers specifications and expectations of us.

Certification
Since our founding in 1972, Beehive Botanicals has strived to give our customers a safe and effective product in a timely manner and fair price.

We hold Kosher, Organic and NSF GMP certification. We comply with Canadian regulation and have current documentation to export to Canada. We welcome third party review and audit of our facility and SOP's to demonstrate our compliance.

Encapsulation
Our capsule manufacturing service is dedicated to delivering quality products with lead times to meet your schedule. Our production facility is GMP certified assuring you the highest quality capsule production and can find. We can provide you with hard-shell capsules in "1", "0", "00" in veggie or gelatin base.

Beehive Botanicals custom capsule manufacturing services offer production technology including blenders, automatic and semi-automatic capsule filling equipment, automatic bottling and labeling lines. Raw materials as well as finished products undergo quality control including metal detection, microbiological testing and FTIR analysis.

We can ensure your product meets your specifications and strict GMP certification standards.

Powder Filling
Beehive Botanicals offers custom powder filling. Our GMP certified manufacturing facility incorporates leading-edge technology in the equipement we use as well as quality control every step of the way. All raw materials are tested when they enter our warehouse and compared with the C of A. Finished products are tested again to ensure product quality.

Liquid Filling
Beehive Botanicals offers custom liquid filling. again our GMP certified manufacturing facility incorporates leading-edge technology in the equipment we use as well as quality control every step of the way. Like our raw materials, they are tested when they enter our warehouse and compared with the C of A. Finished products are tested again to ensure product quality.

Bottling
Whether you need capsules, tablets, soft-gel or hard-shell bottled, We can do the job for you. Our fully automatic bottling lines ensure speed and accuracy for your product. Our facility is designed to guarantee exacting standards every step of the way. We use metal detectors both prior to and after bottling.

Import/Export
Beehive Botanicals has extensive experience exporting to countries all over the world. We began exporting to Europe in 1972 and since then have exported into most of the major countries. We can help you with import/export documentation to any country you market your products.
